• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as they depend on season, weather, sea conditions, and natural animal behavior.
• Snorkeling conditions are not guaranteed. Visibility, currents, waves, and tides may vary. For safety, the crew may change the snorkeling location or cancel this portion of the tour.
• Tours are weather and sea-condition dependent. If Sámara Adventures cancels due to unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-show: No refund, without exception.
